About Judge

McLaughlin

In addition to presiding over both civil and criminal matters, Judge McLaughlin leads the Summit County Recidivism Reduction (SCORR) Program. The program works primarily with young men at risk of involvement in gun violence, helping them build the skills and support systems needed to avoid future offenses and pursue stable, law-abiding lives.

Judge McLaughlin’s dedication to service extends well beyond the courtroom. For more than five decades, she has been an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary—the nation’s largest women’s veterans’ service organization—and is the third generation in her family to serve in this role.

Running an effective campaign requires significant resources. Your contribution helps ensure we have the tools needed to share our message and engage Summit County voters. Thank you for your continued support.
